By joining this Traffic Exchange you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Only one Account permitted per person. We are not responsible for the content or picture on sites shown in the exchange. New Members must earn at the minimum required credits surfing other member's websites within 24 hours of joining in order to recieve the FREE Bonus Credits for New Members. This policy keeps people from signing up only for free credits and taking advantage of active members of this traffic exchange by not actively surfing and viewing other member's sites. Members must allocate at least 100 credits to a website submitted for approval before that site will be reviewed. Any site with less than 100 credits allocated will be deleted without being reviewed and you will lose what credits you did allocate. If you have less than the necessary 100 credits to submit a website, you can earn more credits by surfing or you can purchase additional credits. You must keep your email address updated. We do not send news to you very often, but anything we send must go to an active email address. Inactive email addresses, autoresponders, full mail boxes, etc. will cause you to lose your account. All websites must be at least 90% in English language content. Spam is forbidden. We do not permit unwanted advertisement in the form of e-mails to recruit entries in newsgroups and forums to generate Referrals. Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind. Sites that force installation of Dialers will be removed. No page/url rotators, popups, popunders, popin ads, exit windows, flyin-ads, floating ads, framebreakers, automatic downloads, or any script that changes the viewers home page are allowed. We don't allow any site(s) that contain warez, mp3's sharing, hate speech or anything that we deem bad or anything related to illegal activities. We suggest advertising your own homepage, a sponsors site or a referral link. No sites that are considered illegal in the USA are acceptable. Sites, which register themselves as a Starting Page or Bookmark, will be removed. No adult sites allowed. Only websites appropriate for a general audience are acceptable. Erotic sites, erotic popups and erotic banners are not allowed on this Traffic Exchange. Sites found advertising any of these will be removed. No Hacker sites are permitted. Forwarding or redirectional urls are not allowed. Your url must not be a rotator or contain any prompts. We do not allow sites which Break Frames. Offending websites will be removed. No Outwar or other "War" type sites are allowed. Any site causing any problems to members surfing will be stop or deleted. We reserve the right to change the offered service at any time. Members will be informed of any changes that may take place. We reserve the right to change the Rules at any time without previous announcement. This is communicated to each member, and he/she must accept the changed Rules in order to be able to participate further in our program. If the member accepts the changes, these become immediately effective. If the member does not accept the changed Rules, he/she is not further entitled to participate any further in our program. Any accumulated assets will be lost. We reserve the right to exclude any person without any stated reasons from our exchange.
